Chun-Hsi Liu M.D. is a graduate of Chung Shan Medical University, Taichung, Taiwan. Then Dr. Liu trained at department of Ophthalmology, Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Keelung, Taiwan. Afterwards, she completed oculoplastic fellowship at department of ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery, Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Linkou, Taiwan. During her fellowship
training, Dr Liu ever was an oculoplastic observer at Manhattan Eye and Ear Infirmary, NewYork, USA.

After training, Dr. Liu became an attending physician at department of ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery, Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Keelung, Taiwan for 5 years. At that time, her practice focused the management for eyelid, orbital and lacrimal abnormalities and diseases.
Because of interests in cosmetic eyelid and plastic surgery. Dr. Liu served a physician of Merrier cosmetic clinic group, Taipei. for 6 years. During that time, she practiced various cosmetic eyelid surgery and gained experiences with different fillers, thread lift and other noninvasive cosmetic facial procedures.

Currently, Dr. Liu is the director of I Will cosmetic clinic, Taipei, Taiwan. and the honor president, Taiwan Society of Ophthalmic Plastic, and Reconstructive Surgery. During the past decade, she has been devoted aesthetic blepharoplasty and periorbital rejuvenation. She also has been invited lecturer involved cosmetic eyelid surgery nationally and internationally.
