Dr Chow graduated from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland in 1990. He received training in General Medicine and Dermatology in and around London and gained his Membership in Royal College of Physicians and Diploma in Dermatology. He commenced his private practice in Dermatology in 1996. He was one of the first few doctors locally in practising dermatological lasers in 1997 and has been performing in injectables such as Botox and Dermal fillers since 1998.

His main areas of interest are facial contour improvement with a combined approach using collagen bio-stimulators, threads, and high energy machines, and also benign mole removal with CO2 laser.
